I wanted to take a moment to personally reach out and share an important update with you.
We have relocated to be closer to our family. This is a meaningful step for my wife and I on a personal level, but it does come with a change in how I’m able to provide service. I will no longer be able to offer in-home, on-site visits.
That said, I want you to know that I’m not going anywhere when it comes to supporting you. I want to assure you that I will continue to fully support all of my customers remotely. I’ll continue providing remote support just as I do today—helping you with troubleshooting, updates, security, and anything else you need. If you are currently on a remote support subscription plan, that service will continue uninterrupted.
If you're not already on a remote support plan, I'd be happy to discuss with you the benefits of the subscription services I have available and their costs.
Working with you has truly meant a lot to me and been a great pleasure. Being invited into your home and trusted with your technology is something I’ve never taken for granted, and I’m incredibly grateful for the relationships I’ve built with my customers over the years, and look forward to continuing them.
